Clubs
At Thames View Primary, we are proud to offer a wide range of exciting clubs and activities for our pupils. These take place before school, during lunchtime, and after school, giving children plenty of opportunities to explore new interests, make friends, have fun and stay active.
Each term, parents receive an invitation outlining the clubs available for the following term. You can also view our planned offer for the year below. Please note that, on occasion, circumstances may require us to adjust the club programme.
Fair Access for All Pupils
We want every child to have the chance to take part in our clubs. In some cases, we may invite pupils directly to ensure that as many children as possible across the school can participate.
If a club becomes oversubscribed, children who were not successful will be given priority in the next term’s allocation.
Club Times
To help families plan, all school‑run clubs follow standardised timings:
- Before School: 08:00 – 08:35
- Lunchtime: 12:00 – 12:30 or 12:30 – 13:00
- After School: 15:25 – 16:15
All clubs dismiss from the KS2 playground, making it easier for parents to collect siblings at the same time.
Termly Club Enrolment
With the exception of Young Voices, all clubs reset each term and open to new children. This ensures that as many pupils as possible have the opportunity to join throughout the year. Clubs are bookable via Arbor.
